FAQ PAGE Meal plan
Whether you’re wondering how the recipes work, what ingredients you’ll need, or if this plan fits your lifestyle, you’re in the right place.
When you sign up with your email, you’ll get our free “5 Tips to Make Cooking Faster & Easier” guide plus instant access to this week’s meal plan so you can start cooking right away. That starts your 7-day free trial. If you decide to continue and sign up for any of the three subscription options (1 month, 6 months, 12 months) you’ll receive a new meal plan every Friday. If you don’t sign up for any meal plan subscriptions, you’ll still have full access to the first week, but won’t be charged or receive new plans after that.
After your 7-day free trial ends, your selected subscription plan will automatically begin, and your payment method will be charged according to the plan you chose.
Each person is eligible for one free trial only. After that, any future subscriptions will begin with immediate billing.
Here’s how billing works:
Your billing cycle is the recurring monthly date on which your payment is processed.
For example, if you subscribe on September 3rd, your billing cycle will be the 3rd of every month.Your billing term refers to the total duration of your subscription:
For the 6-month plan, your billing term runs from September 3rd to March 3rd.
For the 12-month plan, it runs from September 3rd to September 3rd of the following year.
All plans are recurring, meaning your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your billing term unless you cancel beforehand.
For monthly plans, you’re charged on a monthly basis and can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.
For 6- and 12-month plans, the full amount is charged upfront after the free trial, and you’ll continue receiving your weekly meal plans until the end of your term. You’ll receive a reminder before your subscription renews, and you can cancel or switch plans
Yes, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing term—whether that’s monthly, every 6 months, or every 12 months, depending on the plan you selected, unless you cancel before your next billing date.
Yes—you can cancel anytime through your account settings found in the payment confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy or by contacting us directly.
- If you’re on the monthly plan, your subscription renews every month. Canceling will stop the next payment, but you’ll still receive your meal plans until the end of your current billing cycle. For example, subscribed monthly on September 3rd and cancel on September 10th? You’ll receive plans until October 3rd, and won’t be charged after that.
- If you’re on a 6- or 12-month plan, your subscription is billed upfront for the full term. Canceling just means it won’t renew when the term ends—you’ll continue receiving meal plans until the end of your billing term, and no further charges will be made. For example, subscribed to a 6-month plan on September 3rd and cancel after 3 months? You’ll still get your weekly plans until March 3rd, with no new charge after that.
Yes, the meal plans are designed for anyone interested in incorporating into their routine more whole food meals that are good for you, whether you’re fully vegan, veggie-curious, or simply looking to reduce your meat consumption. The focus is on flavor, nutritional balance and accessibility, making the meals enjoyable for all dietary preferences.
Not here. Each dinner in The Dinner Den averages €1.50–2 per serving, thanks to accessible, seasonal ingredients like fruits, veggies, legumes, grains, nuts & seeds, and a system that makes every component work twice. Eating plant-based can actually be one of the most budget-friendly ways to eat well, healthy and satisfying.
Yes—many of the recipes are beginner-friendly, but having some basic cooking knowledge (like boiling pasta or using a blender) will make the experience smoother. The instructions are clear and straightforward, and the focus is on simplicity, so even if you’re not an experienced cook, you’ll still be able to follow along and build confidence as you go.
Most recipes require a standard stove and oven. While you don’t need a fully stocked kitchen, I strongly recommend having a blender, a sharp knife, and a kitchen scale—they’ll make cooking faster, easier, and much more enjoyable. These tools aren’t meant to intimidate—they’re here to support you and help you get the most out of each recipe
You won’t be left on your own. You’ll get access to a private online community of other home cooks following the meal plan, so you can swap ideas, get quick answers, and share tips. I’m in the group too — so if you’re stuck, I can usually jump in and help almost immediately.
If you’re subscribed for longer than one month, you’ll also be able to submit your questions for my monthly live Q&A, where we can dig deeper into your challenges and make sure you’re feeling confident in the kitchen.
I know that time is limited, which is why the meal plans focus on efficiency. Most recipes can be prepared in approximately 30-45 minutes, making it easier to enjoy healthy, home-cooked meals without spending too much time behind the stove.
No problem! Each meal plan includes a substitution guide with easy swaps for common allergens and intolerances. The recipes are designed to be flexible, so you can still enjoy the meal even if you need to make a few adjustments based on what’s available in your area or your dietary needs.
The meal plan is intentionally designed for flexibility. You’ll receive 3 new recipes each week, leaving plenty of room to incorporate your go-to meals, leftovers, or dining out. We’ve found that three well-planned recipes strike the right balance: enough inspiration without overwhelming your schedule. You’re always free to adjust the plan to fit your week.
The meal plan is designed to support you for the long haul, not just for a week or two. Each week, you’ll get chef-tested recipes using seasonal ingredients, clear instructions, and time-saving tips that make plant-based cooking doable, even on your busiest days.
For longer subscriptions, there’s even more to keep things fresh:
The 6- and 12-month plans include a monthly live Q&A with me, so you can get direct guidance as you go. And to make the experience feel exciting and worthwhile over time, the 12-month plan comes with surprise bonuses—like exclusive guides, seasonal extras, and occasion-based recipes—dripped throughout the year to keep you inspired and looking forward to what’s next.
This meal plan is not a weight-loss program or a structured nutritional plan for specific health goals. It’s designed to be a flexible, supportive approach to eating more whole food plant-based meals, without the pressure of calorie counting or strict portion control. Portions are written for three people and follow standard restaurant-style serving sizes (around 400g per meal), but you’re encouraged to adjust based on your appetite, preferences, and household needs. The focus is on nourishing, flavorful meals that fit comfortably into your routine.
This meal plan is not specifically designed to be high-protein. It follows a balanced, whole-food, plant-based approach, with moderate levels of plant protein naturally included through ingredients like legumes, tofu, grains, nuts, and seeds.
If you have specific protein targets, for example, related to muscle gain, athletic training, or recovery, you can easily adapt the recipes by increasing high-protein components such as tofu, tempeh, edamame, quinoa, lentils, or by incorporating protein powders where appropriate.
The meals are structured to be flexible, so you can adjust portions or add-ons to meet your personal nutritional needs without sacrificing flavor or balance.
It’s created by a trained restaurant chef and built on four pillars: balanced, nourishing meals, time-saving techniques, accesible budget-friendly ingredients and bold, satisfying flavor. These aren’t bland “healthy” recipes; they’re crave-worthy meals that happen to be good for you, thanks to smart use of spices, textures, and seasonal whole-food ingredients.
The plan is designed for anyone who wants to eat more plant-forward meals, boost fiber, and make home cooking feel easier and more rewarding, no matter your dietary label.
Most plans make you choose between fast OR flavorful, healthy OR satisfying, structure OR freedom.
This one gives you all three:
- Flavor-forward meals made by a restaurant-trained chef
- Balanced, whole-food recipes with fiber and seasonal produce
