1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by:

These conditions apply to all purchases and subscriptions made through the website veganchefdiana.com.

2. Services Offered

The services offered are digital products, specifically plant-based meal plans, recipes, and related culinary content delivered via email on a weekly basis.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and represent final prices, including any applicable VAT.

Where required by law, VAT is calculated and collected by our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record, in accordance with the applicable tax regulations.
Any applicable VAT will be clearly displayed during checkout.

4. Meal plan Free trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new customers. This trial is available only once per customer, regardless of the subscription plan selected. This policy applies whether you:

• change from one plan to another (upgrade or downgrade),

• move from the free trial to a paid plan, or

• cancel and re-subscribe at a later time.

Any attempt to access multiple free trials by creating additional accounts or using different contact details may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

5. Meal Plan Subscription Plans and Canceling

Customers can choose between monthly, 6-month, or 12-month Meal Plan subscriptions.

All subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing term—whether that’s monthly, every 6 months, or every 12 months, depending on the plan you selected, unless you cancel before your next billing date. You can easily cancel by clicking the “View subscription” button in your payment confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy. 

5.1. Monthly Meal Plan

This plan is billed monthly at €10.99 and continues automatically each month until cancelled. Canceling will stop the next payment, but you’ll still receive your meal plans until the end of your current billing cycle. For example, subscribed monthly on September 3rd and cancel on September 10th? You’ll receive plans until October 3rd, and won’t be charged after that.

5.2 6-Month Commitment Meal Plan

Your 6-month meal Plan subscription is billed upfront for the full term. Canceling just means it won’t renew when the term ends; you’ll continue receiving meal plans until the end of your billing term, and no further charges will be made. For example, subscribed to a 6-month plan on September 3rd and cancel after 3 months? You’ll still get your weekly plans until March 3rd, with no new charge after that.

5.3 12-Month Commitment Meal Plan

Your 12-month Meal Plan subscription is billed upfront for the full term. Canceling just means it won’t renew when the term ends—you’ll continue receiving meal plans until the end of your billing term, and no further charges will be made. For example, subscribed to a 12-month plan on September 3rd 2025 and cancel after 3 months? You’ll still get your weekly plans until August 12 2026, with no new charge after that.

6. Delivery

The meal plans are delivered  via email to the email address provided during checkout. Delivery takes place every Friday, as a downloadable PDF.

7. Right of Withdrawal

By purchasing and accessing the digital content, you expressly consent to the immediate start of service and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (§ 356(5) BGB).

8. Payment Processing

Payments are handled securely via Lemon Squeezy. The customer must ensure sufficient funds or credit are available at the time of each monthly billing. In case of failed payments, we reserve the right to suspend access to services until payment is received.

9. Termination

9.1 One Month Subscription

The monthly plan continues automatically unless cancelled. Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. You can easily cancel by clicking the “View subscription” button in your payment confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy. 

9.2 Six Month Subscription Plan

If you’re on a 6- or 12-month plan, your subscription is billed upfront for the entire term. You can cancel at any time, but cancellation will only prevent automatic renewal at the end of the current term. You’ll continue to receive your weekly meal plans until your billing period ends, and no additional payments will be taken.

Example: If you subscribed to a 6-month plan on September 3rd and cancel after 3 months, you’ll still receive all meal plans through March 3rd, and your subscription will simply end without renewing. You can easily cancel by clicking the “View subscription” button in your payment confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy. 

9.3 Twelve Month Subscription Plan

If you’re on a 6- or 12-month plan, your subscription is billed upfront for the entire term. 10. Liability

No guarantees are made regarding specific health outcomes or dietary suitability. Customers are responsible for checking allergens and using discretion when following recipes. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

11. Applicable Law

All contracts are governed by German law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Essen, Germany, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Data privacy

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

13. Language

The contract & online deliverables language is English.
